Why organic?
"Organic food, defined by how it cannot be made rather than how it can be made, must be produced without the use of sewer-sludge fertilizers, most synthetic fertilizers and pesticides, genetic engineering (biotechnology), growth hormones, irradiation and antibiotics."
Why organic coconut oil?
"Virgin Coconut Oil is a food, and is one of the best cooking oils you can use. As a cooking oil, its chemical structure is kept in tact and therefore is resistant to mutations of fatty acid chains even when used in higher cooking temperatures, unlike most vegetable oils. Why brown rice flour?
"Shih found that the batter formulated with long-grain rice flour and other modified rice ingredients again rated best, containing 60 percent less acrylamide than the wheat-based one."
